3D Warehouse Tools for SketchUp

Components 3D Warehouse

Cadman introduced 3D Warehouse Tools. This newest sketchup extension is compatible with SketchUp 2014, SketchUp 2015, SketchUp 2016, SketchUp 2017, SketchUp 2018, SketchUp 2019.

3D Warehouse Tools comprise of a wide array of toolset which can be applied for quality checking your models to control & evaluate sketchup models (nested groups, model size) as well as eliminate any redundant lines, marks before uploading them to 3D warehouse.

Show Nesting Levels belong to a visual process for evaluating the structure of a selection or the complete model. It makes a layer for every nesting level observed in the selection and settles the model display to color by layer. The layers employ familiar AutoCAD colors: red-1, yellow-2, green-3, cyan-4, blue-5, magenta-6, silver-7.

Save Screen Image facilitates you to notate the model directly in SketchUp, then occupy the screen as a jpg file for communication and making analysis again. It saves the image in the similar folder as the model. Save images at any time through the review, they are numbered successively for you.

Use Model Report to view information regarding the selection or the complete model. The Top Level Information demonstrates you the number of components and groups at the first level while editing the component (this is the red level). The second half of the report demonstrates the total polygon count that is vital for finding out model simplification.

The Quick Check menu item calculates all the redundant components in the model (depending on the 3D Warehouse checklist) and highlights them for visual assessment.

The Count Stuff menu item allows you to calculate just one type of component in the model, and can highlight it for you as well.

The 3D Warehouse Cleaner allows you to settle on which things should be removed from the model (depending on the 3D Warehouse checklist). The default is all items. You will be provided a summary and you will notice all the items are gone from each dialog, streamlining the model.
