Senior Gameplay Engineer in Austin

Based in Austin, TX, we are an award winning gaming studio that has achieved 'Game of the Year' awards from the industry's most influential media outlets. Currently, we are looking for a super talented, Senior Gameplay Engineer to join our team in developing AAA games for PC and next-generation console systems. Our ideal candidate will work with the Lead Gameplay Engineer and design team to help prototype, build and maintain the player suite (controls, camera movement, animation, gameplay logic, etc.)

• At least one AAA title shipped
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years game industry programming experience
• Excellent knowledge of C++
• Excellent 3D math skills
• Experience with animation systems
• Solid architecture and software design ability
• Experience with multithreaded, real-time systems a plus
• Ability to write clear, maintainable, portable code
