DropGC v.1.001 for Sketchup

Rick Wilson has developed DropGC v.1.001. It is a useful ruby script for sketchup.

DropGC facilitates the sketchup users to pick groups and/or components to drop upright (alongside the model's Z-axis) to a face underneath. If no face exits directly underneath the object's insertion point, the object will be unmovable.

Opt for the object(s) to drop, then after clicking on right, select "DropGC" from the context menu. The object(s) will be dropped toward the z point equivalent with the face below.
